The shipping was very fast and the product arrived in great shape. When I got my leather Marc Jacob’s tote bag I checked it extensively to make sure it was real. I have a few questions about it’s authenticity. The things I found fishy about the bag were the “Made in Vietnam” tag since I’ve read that most Marc Jacob’s bags are made in China. The other thing was the YKK brand zipper as I have also read that Marc Jacob’s does not use YKK zippers. Everything else was in line with what I was reading online about authentic MJ bags so it could be real and just one of the few made outside of China. I may get it authenticated but I will probably just keep it either way.

The shipment is fast, the product comes quickly, and I am happy that it came with a good quality product.

I have had the worst time ever dealing with 24s. I purchased a Fendi Bracelet which became faulty within a few months. I sent it back for inspection and Fendi authorised a full refund via 24s. They took the micheal in refunding my money which was in £100’s!! Every time i called i was advised the company is refunding me via a wire transfer which could take up to 6weeks!!! Honestly what absolute nonsense… i can buy a house in that time! I was going back and forth with the company on the phone and via email. I requested a manager call back on numerous times but till this day no call back. The company had me in tears, but still not an ounce of empathy from any one of them. I was at my wits end and waited 6 weeks, still no refund so i contacted 24s again, to my luck an English speaking person answered and honestly to my relief she assisted me straight away and got my refund request put through again! Surprise surprise it did not take 6 weeks for a refund it took a matter of hours and the money was in my account. There was no follow up after the refund or even a simple apology… will
Not be dealing with them again.

Ordered my wife a purse that was sold out everywhere but on their site and was surprisingly $25 cheaper than the retail price. The bag came in 6 days, and my wife loves it. Will do business with this site in the future.

Very fast shipping - Europe to North America, duties included. Packaged nicely, clearly unopened and undisturbed, new in all regards. Website could have more detailed descriptions of product.

Bought a Celine bag as a gift, which appeared to got its brand name starting to flaw less than 10months after. No replacement provided, however giving two stars for the effort they put to at least reply to my request.

Quick delivery, with standard delivery! Nice packaging! Plus’s for the interior of the delivery box. Very nice detail!! I bought a pair of shoes from Aquazzura, nice detail that there was plastic cover on the sole. Never seen that with Aquazzura before so I guess it’s a detail from 24S. Very nice! I will be a returning customer!
